About the Program
The program is intended for companies, entrepreneurs, and academic institutions conducting applied technological research aimed at developing military and commercial applications. From pre-product development to the technological prototype stage
The program’s objective is to promote pre-product stage research and development in military, security, and commercial fields with dual-use applications, contributing to national security on one hand and providing a foundation for economic potential on the other. A joint initiative of DDR&D, the Israel Innovation Authority, and the Ministry of Finance. This program supports the development of creative solutions for military needs and commercial markets at the pre-product stage. The program emphasizes technologies at TRL 3-5
